Kathmandu, April 16: IMS Care, has recently opened a new Samsung service centre at Kalika Marg in Damauli.
With this, the number of exclusive Samsung authorized new service centres across Nepal has reached 15.
The service centre was inaugurated by IMS Group Sales Head Ram Shrestha and IMS Group Service Manager Kunal Gurung.
“Our goal has always been to provide the best experience to our valued customers at most convenient locations. With the opening of each Samsung Authorized Service Center we wish to cater as many customers and provide them with best after sales services for their Samsung smartphones,”Deepak Malhotra,Chairman IMS Group, says.
