Kathmandu, December 3 : Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) is to increase the number of share brokers out of Kathmandu Valley for transaction of shares.
The SEBON directed the Nepal Stock Exchange to make necessary arrangement to provide license to share brokers in different provinces as per federal structure.
According to a press release issued on Monday, the SEBON directed the NEPSE to forward the activities in this regard. The SEBON expressed the belief that providing of license to new brokers would increase employment at the local level as well as widen the scope of overall capital market.
