Kathmandu, April 8 : Police have arrested Vice Chairperson of the Shankar Group, Sulav Agrawal, on the charge of black- marketeering in the thermal gun used to check temperature of the people.
According to Chief of Metropolitan Police Crime Division, Sahakul Thapa, the police nabbed Agrawal on Tuesday (April 7 ) for selling the thermal gun which would generally cost Rs 5,000 for Rs 15,000 apiece. They also seized 67 set of such devises from him. Agrawal, who is also honorary Consulate General to Kyrgyzstan, was learnt to have misused vehicle with diplomatic number plate. Further investigation into the case is underway, the police said. RSS
