Damauli, November 23 : The District-Level Monitoring Committee, Tanahun, has ordered to close down six crusher industries in the district. The committee took such a move after they were found illegally extracting sand, stones and others from the rivers.
Such industries were also operating without getting registered at the Company Registrar’s Office and Industry Department.
Chief District Officer of Tanahun Sagar Acharya said that four industries from the Shuklagandaki Municipality and one each from the Myagde Rural Municipality and Bandipur Rural Municipality in the district were shut down. . RSS
