Rupandehi, April 5: The State 5 government has decided to provide the Rs 10 million relief assistance to the storm survivors in Bara and Parsa. A meeting today of the State Council of ministers decided to deposit the amount in the relief fund, State 5 government spokesperson and minister for physical infrastructure and development Baijanath Chaudhary said. Meanwhile, the meeting agreed to assist Rs 500 thousand for the treatment of Nepali Congress parliamentary leader Baladev Sharma who is undergoing treatment at the Kathmandu-based Norvic Hospital for cancer. More, the meeting decided to conduct a life insurance worth Rs one million each of State Assembly members. Similarly, the State 1 government also announced financial assistance of Rs 10 million for those people affected by the violent storm in Bara and Parasa, the districts in State 2.
