Tamor Corridor Road Project warns five companies of terminating contracts

The Tamor Corridor Road Project has issued warnings to five construction companies for stalling the construction of roads and bridges. The Project has warned these companies of terminating their contracts if the delays continue.

A notice issued on Wednesday named the companies, including Gauri Parbati-Pratishta JV, Contech Pvt Ltd, and Sapna-Yakthumhang JV, which are responsible for four stalled projects.

Despite repeated warnings, the companies failed to make progress. The Project has instructed them to provide reasons for not completing the construction within the specified time frame within seven days. Failure to comply will result in contract termination, according to the Project.
