Tax Office established in Khandbari

Sankhuwasabha, November 5 : The government has established a Tax Office in Khandbari, Sankhuwasabha on Sunday.
Inaugurated the Tax Office, Finance Minister Dr Yubraj Khatiwada said that there is no policy of government to take dual tax from the people adding that the general public need not to worry of taxation since the tax is charged only to those making income and doing businesses.
Saying that the government was committed to developing the Arun-III Hydropower Project, Minister Khatiwada said that the government was assured of country’s prosperity and massive reforms in economy. He shared the government is optimistic about the timely completion of the 900 megawatt project by the Indian developer Satlaj adding that the project bears the fate and future of the eastern hilly districts.
He also expressed the confidence that Koshi Highway would be instrumental to connect India and China along the route to Jogbani of Biratnagar to Kimathanka in Sankhuwasabha. RSS
