Kathmandu, March 28: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has had three bills certified by both houses of Federal Parliament on Wednesday (March 27)
The bills are—Public-Private Partnership and Investment Bill-2075, Bill designed to amend Special Economic Zone Act-2073 and Bill designed to amend and integrate laws related to Foreign Investment and Technology Transfer-2075.
President Bhandari certified the bills in accordance with Article 113 (2) of the constitution, according to the Office of the President.
