Transportation-related taxes of Bagmati Pradesh can be now paid electronically from today. The Bagmati Province government has made arrangements to pay revenue including license fee, vehicle tax, blue book renewal fee, and fine online.
The provincial government informed that all transportation-related taxes can now be paid through the e-wallet and banking app available online. The government said that this will remove the obligation to wait in line to pay revenue for bluebook renewal and other related works and believed that this facility will also help in reducing the crowd during the epidemic.
Chief Minister Dormani Poudel will start the service from Hetauda today. There is also a ‘vehicle tax’ service in the Nagarik app to get this service. This service can also be availed from the web portal. Revenue can be paid online by getting information including outstanding taxes to be paid from the system.
