May 8 : Everest Bank limited (EBL) has enhanced its mobile banking app- “EBL Touch 24”- to make it more secured, faster and reliable.
“Now our customers can self-register in the enhanced app through their own phone and also easily login it using their own phone number as login id.,” sates a press release issued by the bank. “Moreover, they will also be able to enjoy inter-bank fund transfer with more than 50 banks, pay the bills related to the electricity, water and internet services and buy the online tickets of the air flights, buses, movies, and events using QR payments at over 1 million outlets of the bank.”
The enhanced EBL Touch 24 also features finger print or face recognition has to make the payment process more secured, according to the release.
Th EBL, which is claimed to have a customer base of over 1.1 million, is rendering banking services through its widest domestic network of 95 branches, 31 revenue collection counters, 123 ATMs and also through its widest global network.
