Asur is an Indian web series that was streamed on voot select on 2nd of March 2020. It’s a story of a serial killer who only kills good people, or the people who do not have any criminal activity, or those people who tend to do something good to the society.

The good

It’s an 8 episode web series, per episode is of 40 -45 minutes. Starring : Arshad Warsi , Barun sobti, Sharib Hsahmi and many more in the lead roles. Now take a look at the good and bad aspects of the web series.

  1. Execution:  The web series keeps the audience hooked throughout its duration. From scripting to final product, the makers have made the web series so interesting and unique.
  2.  Casting: Although it’s a web series, the casting is done very well. There are no big names but the actors are totally fresh and convincing in their respective roles.
  3. Written material: the script in itself was quite gripping. The writers did a great job with the originality and authenticity.

The bad

  1. Some scenes: There are some scenes in the web series where the audience will lose their interest. Especially when it shows the scenes of lead actor and his family.

I recommend everyone to watch this web series so that they can have a good time pass.

(Note: Asur has so far not been released in Nepal through any streaming service. It is available in internet)
