Deposits in the Social Security Fund (SSF) continue to grow, with the total amount reaching Rs 94.09 billion to date.
According to the SSF, it has disbursed Rs 17.29 billion to contributors across various schemes.
So far, 2,592,141 individuals have been enrolled as contributors, and the number of registered employers has risen to 22,125. The SSF noted that efforts are ongoing to further expand employer participation.
In terms of benefits paid out, the SSF has disbursed Rs 2.42 billion for medical, health, and maternity claims. Additionally, it has provided Rs 223.1 million under accident and disability coverage, Rs 283.5 million for dependent family security, and Rs 14.36 billion in retirement benefits.
