Himalaya Airlines is set to launch direct flights between Kathmandu and the Chinese city of Shenzhen, widely recognized as one of China’s leading economic and technological hubs.
The airline announced that it will begin operating the Kathmandu–Shenzhen–Kathmandu route from June 4. The service will connect Tribhuvan International Airport and Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport with two flights per week in each direction.
According to the airline, flights from Kathmandu to Shenzhen will operate on Tuesdays and Thursdays, while return flights from Shenzhen to Kathmandu will be operated on Wednesdays and Fridays.
