Kathmandu, August 13 : The Home Ministry has directed the District Administration Offices across the nation to stop distributing vehicle pass. Issuing a circular to Chief District Officers of all 77 districts on Wednesday (August 12), the Ministry directed not to distribute vehicle pass to be implemented from today until further notice.
The circular was issued on the basis of decisions made by the government of Nepal and ministry at different times as there is high risk of COVID-19.
Earlier, the government had been distributing pass to vehicle for essential service. The infection of coronavirus is increasing across the nation. People’s entry to the Kathmandu Valley has also been made strict with the increasing risks of the COVID-19 infection. RSS
