Kathmandu, September 30 : Minister for Energy and Irrigation Barshaman Pun has directed the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) not to impose additional charges on those customers whose power meter was not recorded due to the pandemic. Minister Pun made this direction to deputy executive director of the NEA Lekha Nath Koirala and concerned officials to this end yesterday.

He even urged the NEA to adjust the additional amounts to upcoming charge if they were already charged to the customers. Minster Pun directed the NEA to manage regular power supply as a large number of students and others service providers are working via online from their respective places. RSS
