In its complaint, the company alleged that criminal groups exploited the protests to commit large-scale arson, looting, and destruction of property, causing extensive damage to the ten-story building.

Ncell urged authorities to arrest the perpetrators, conduct a thorough investigation, prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law, recover stolen property, and ensure compensation for the damages.

According to the complaint, attackers disguised as protesters overpowered security guards, locking them in a room and threatening to burn them alive if they resisted. The mob then smashed glass panels, stormed inside, and vandalised the customer service centre and reception before moving floor to floor, destroying office property, looting documents, and setting equipment on fire.

The losses included critical certificates, licences, land ownership papers, cash, company safes, and valuable office equipment such as computers, televisions, printers, refrigerators, and coffee machines. Personal lockers of employees were also broken into, with laptops, jewellery, and belongings stolen. Gym equipment and electronics from meeting halls were either looted or destroyed.

The attackers further seized keys from the vehicle room, torched company-owned and rental vehicles in the courtyard, and vandalised employees’ personal vehicles parked on the premises.

Ncell has handed over CCTV footage and a detailed inventory of stolen and damaged assets to the police. The company stated that the full scale of losses is still being assessed, with further details to be provided as the investigation progresses.
