May 12 : Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has set up a ‘help desk’ for handling possible complaints regarding the country’s secondary capital market.
It was established in line with the decision made by the meeting between the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) and the related stakeholders on May 8.
Assistant spokesperson of the NEPSE, Aakriti Dangal, said the help desk could be contacted by any general investors at the toll free number of 16600125025 in case they have any problem or complaints pertaining to the stock transactions.
The stock market that was closed since March 24 due to the lockdown has opened from today as per the instruction of its regulator- SEBON.
It will carry out operations for two hours daily from 11 am to 1 pm for the time being.
