Kathmandu, July 31 : The Home Ministry has decided to close the entry points into the Kathmandu Valley from 7:00 in the evening to 7:00 in the morning. Besides the essential and transport vehicles, all others kinds of passenger vehicles will not be allowed in during the night.
The ministry issued a circular in this regard to the district administration offices in the valley yesterday. The move is being taken to stop the spread of the coronavirus with people tested at the entry points of late being diagnosed with the virus.
Likewise, the DAOs in the country have also been asked not to issue inter-district travel pass except for essential and emergency works.
