As per the new price adjustment, diesel and kerosene cost Rs 85 per litre each, while petrol is priced at Rs 96 per liter Likewise, the price of aviation turbine fuel (domestic flights) has been also decreased by Rs 15 per litre to Rs 75. Aviation turbine fuel (international flights) price is adjusted to USD 0.95 per litre.
“The prices of petroleum products in the domestic market have been revised in line with the price lists provided by its Indian Supplier-Indian Oil Corporation (IOC),” said NOC’s spokesperson, Binit Mani Upadhyaya.
Thanks, mainly, to the COVID-19 outbreak and the price war between Saudi Arabia and Russia, the prices of petroleum products are lately on a free fall in the international market.
