The Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO) has blacklisted four construction companies based on recommendations from the Department of Roads and various local authorities. These companies are now barred from participating in public procurement for periods ranging from one to three years.
The blacklisted companies include SD Construction from Janakpur, Arniko Nirman Company from Min Bhavan, Kathmandu, RSA Construction from Tarkeshwar, Kathmandu, and Manakamana Suppliers from Bhojpur.
According to a notice published by the PPMO on Monday, Arniko Nirman Company has been blacklisted for three years. SD Construction from Dhanusha has been blacklisted for one year following a recommendation from the Bara District Coordination Committee Office in Kalaiya. Manakamana Suppliers has also been blacklisted for one year based on a recommendation from the Pauwadungma Rural Municipality Office in Bhojpur.
RSA Construction from Tarkeshwar has been blacklisted for one year and six months, following a recommendation from the Panchakanya Rural Municipality in Nuwakot.
