Kanchanpur, April 17: Bhamkenidham of Bhimdutta municipality, which has been enlisted as one of the prime tourist destinations of the country, is to be integrated with other religious tourism areas.
The Siddhanath Baijanath Religion Tapasthali Development Committee has put forth a discussion to integrate ward 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 with the religious area. A gathering of office-bearers of all religious committee, priests and people’s representatives of the northern belt of the municipality took a decision to form a committee for the making of a religion tourism circuit.
It may be noted that the government had enlisted Bhamkenidham – which was established under the leadership of Nepal’s first Jagatguru Balsanta Mohansharan Devacharya – as one of the 100 prime tourism destinations of the country a couple of months ago. Surendra Bista, Mayor of Bhimdutta, said the municipality would take initiative to develop the religious circuit integrating all religion tourism spots of the municipal area. RSS
