After a week-long downturn, Nepal’s stock market showed signs of recovery today (Monday), closing in positive territory.
The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index increased by 26.10 points, reaching 2,640.78.
A total of 97,39,738 shares from 326 companies were traded 58,235 times, amounting to a total turnover of NPR 4.48 billion.
All sectoral indices closed in the green, with the finance sector leading the gains at 3.52%.
