Tata’s Nexon KRAZ hits Nepali roads

Kathmandu, November 19 : Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd., the sole authorised distributor of Tata Motors for Nepal, has announced the launch of Nexon KRAZ to mark the success of the Nexon brand.

This newly launched Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) is inspired from the active world of sports and combined with the athletic performance of NEXON to attract the enthusiastic, active and sporty youth of today, according to a press release issued by the company.

It also boasts of the exclusive TROMSO BLACK body color for an athletic guise and a striking combination of Neo-green accents.

“The brand Nexon has received a very good response and today is among the top selling compact SUVs in Nepal. We wanted to celebrate this success with our customers and what better way than offering them a special striking version – the Nexon KRAZ,’ the release quoted Sujan Roy, Head, International Business, Passenger Vehicle Business Unit, Tata Motors, as saying.

The Nexon KRAZ is powered by the Company’s 110PS Turbocharged engines – 1.5L Revotorq (diesel engine) and 1.2L Revotron (petrol engine) mated with a 6-speed manual transmission. Equipped with Multi-Drive modes and  ground clearance of 209 mm, the car  offers world-class safety along with absolute comfort and entertainment, it is claimed. Additionally, the Nexon comes equipped with a 4-speaker infotainment by Harman, Bluetooth and steering mounted controls, automatic climate controls with rear air vents, electrically adjustable and foldable mirrors, reverse parking sensors etc.

The Nexon KRAZ IS available in two variants – KRAZ and KRAZ+ at a starting price of Rs 39,95,000 for the petrol version and Rs 43,85,000 for the diesel version.
