At the discussion program, founding chairperson of Media Advocacy Group, Babita Basnet, reminded that women had become successful in entrepreneurship of late, thereby playing a leading role in social transformation. She argued that women entrepreneurship would not only make the social structure robust and dynamic but also help pave way for economic progress.

Proprietor and vice-chairperson of Hotel Landmark, Parbati Pande, said some of the women affiliated to the WOTEF were not still open to share problems, thereby getting themselves inflicted with mental problems over minor issues. Advisor to WOTEF and tourism entrepreneur Durga Devkota hoped the interaction would be a good platform to exchange views and experiences on women tourism business. WOTEF chairperson Jamuna Parajuli informed that the organization, set up under the slogan of women tourism entrepreneurs for economic development, was conducting training and discussion on the pertinent issues from time to time.
