Direct flights between Kathmandu-Mumbai, which was postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, will resume operations.
The Mumbai-Kathmandu flight will be launched as soon as the covid infection rate decreases.
Indigo Air, India’s private sector airline, has set a date to fly from Mumbai to Kathmandu from March 2.
The company will fly three days a week on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
The company is currently operating one daily flight on the Delhi-Kathmandu route.
The national flag carrier Nepal Airlines Corporation (Nepal Airlines) is also preparing to resume flights on the Kathmandu-Mumbai route soon.
