Kathmandu, April 7 : Riddhi Siddhi cement has been officially launched under a collaboration between Shanker Group and Ambe Group. The companies’ respective chairmen Shankar Lal Agrawal andShovakar (Hari) Neupane formally unveiled the new product at a ceremony held at Hotel Annapurna in the capital today.

Speaking at the event, Anand Nepal, Director of Riddhi Siddhi Cements (Pvt.Ltd), talked about the technology used at the cement’s manufacturing plant. He emphasized the quality of the product manufactured in well-equipped facilities based on the latest European technology standards, considered to be the highest in the world.

“By manufacturing a high grade cement in the country in the most cutting-edge technological production plant, we aim to set a new benchmark for cement quality standards in Nepal,” said Nepal.

“Riddhi Siddhi Cement deploys cutting-edge European technologies in the creation of a superior product. The technology featured here samples hundreds of quality parameters every day before giving a batch of cement the go ahead”, he said. He further detailed the various technologies used in the plant including the Vertical Roller Mill (VRM), QCX®Robo Lab system from FL Smidth,

CCR – Central Control Room Technology, and the Laser Seal Packaging technology – used for the very first time in Nepal. He further added these technology will ensure to give consistency on cement quality.

Likewise, Mr.  Shovakar (Hari) Neupane, Chairman of Ambe Group, took a moment to welcome the guests and spoke a few words on the joint collaboration of the two prominent companies.

Riddhi Siddhi Cement Pvt. Ltd. was established on Falgun 2073, with a vision to establish the most modern cutting-edge technological cement manufacturing plant. The company expects a daily production capacity of 3000 tons per day from the company’s self-owned limestone mine located at Hetauda and Chitwan.
