Kathmandu, October 9 : Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport Basanta Kumar Nembang has said there is shortage of technical human resources required for new sectors of infrastructure development. Addressing the Second Global Knowledge Conference organized by the Non Resident Nepalis Association on Friday, Minister Nembang urged the Non Resident Nepalis (NRNs) to bring in knowledge, skill and technology learned abroad to Nepal.
