The corporation has stated that the price of petrol, diesel, and aviation fuel has gone up by more than Rs 5 per liter.
According to the price list received on Wednesday, the price of petrol has increased by Rs 5.61 per liter from India.
Similarly, diesel has also increased by Rs 5.62 per liter and aviation fuel by Rs 4.95 per liter, according to the corporation.
However, the corporation has not yet decided on the price hike. According to the new price received on February 16, the price of petrol has gone up by Rs 5.61 per liter. Diesel has risen by Rs 5.62 per liter and aviation fuel by Rs 4.95 per liter, ”the corporation said.
The corporation last raised the price to an all-time high on February 1. The corporation has stated that the price of petroleum products is at the highest point in the international market so far after making adjustments at that time.
The price of crude oil has reached 90 to 96 US dollars per barrel, said Pushkar Karki, co-spokesperson of the Indian Oil Corporation.
